Terms of Use

Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules, responsibilities, and limitations that apply when you use Techmo's website, services, and customer messaging platform.

Effective date: May 28, 2026

1. Definitions

"Techmo" means the Techmo website, software, customer messaging platform, related applications, features, documentation, and services provided by Techmo.

"Customer" means the individual, company, or organization that registers for, purchases, accesses, or uses Techmo.

"User" means any person who accesses Techmo under a Customer account or workspace.

"Customer Data" means data, content, messages, contacts, conversations, files, notes, and workflow information submitted to or processed through Techmo by or on behalf of a Customer.

"Subscription Plan" means the package, duration, limits, and features selected by the Customer or described in an order form.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the website, registering an account, making payment, connecting a messaging channel, or using Techmo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.

If you use Techmo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization and bind it to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use Techmo.

3. Account registration and security

Customers must provide accurate, complete, and current registration, billing, and contact information.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, API keys, access tokens, connected channel credentials, and other account credentials.

All activity that occurs under a Customer account, workspace, or connected channel is the responsibility of the Customer, whether performed by employees, contractors, agents, or other authorized users.

Customers must notify Techmo promptly if they suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse of the service.

4. Service activation, delivery, and acceptance

Techmo is provided as software as a service. Delivery is considered complete when the Customer account, workspace, license, subscription, or ordered feature is activated or made available for use.

Logging in, connecting channels, configuring a workspace, inviting users, or otherwise using Techmo constitutes acceptance of the service as delivered.

Customers are responsible for reviewing configuration, channel permissions, user roles, and workflow settings after activation.

5. Subscription plans, payment, and refunds

Paid plans, billing periods, renewal terms, feature limits, taxes, invoices, and payment methods are described at purchase, in the product, or in an order form.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable once the subscription term begins.

If payment fails, is overdue, or cannot be verified, Techmo may limit, suspend, or terminate access to paid features until payment is completed.

Promotions, discounts, credits, or free trials may be subject to additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at Techmo's discretion.

6. License and permitted use

Subject to these terms and timely payment, Techmo grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for internal business purposes.

Customers may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, resell, or provide Techmo as a competing service without written permission.

Customers may use Techmo only in accordance with applicable law, these terms, product documentation, and the policies of connected third-party platforms.

7. Customer data and ownership

Customers retain ownership of Customer Data submitted to Techmo.

Customers grant Techmo the limited rights needed to host, store, process, transmit, display, back up, secure, troubleshoot, and otherwise use Customer Data to provide, maintain, support, and improve the service.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, reliability, and quality of Customer Data and for obtaining any rights, consents, notices, or permissions needed to process it through Techmo.

Techmo does not claim ownership over customer messages, contact data, or business content submitted by Customers.

8. Acceptable use

Customers and Users must not use Techmo to send spam, phishing messages, malware, illegal content, deceptive content, abusive content, or messages that violate the rights of others.

Customers and Users must not violate laws, third-party platform policies, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, data protection rules, consumer protection rules, or anti-spam requirements.

Customers and Users must not attempt unauthorized access, probe or test vulnerabilities, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer the software, bypass usage limits, scrape data, or disrupt Techmo infrastructure.

Customers and Users must not impersonate Techmo, misrepresent affiliation with Techmo, misuse Techmo branding, or use domains, accounts, pages, or sender identities that create confusion with Techmo.

Techmo may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe use of the service creates security, legal, operational, reputational, or third-party platform risk.

9. Third-party platforms and integrations

Techmo may integrate with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, web chat, messaging APIs, infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and other services.

Third-party platforms are not controlled by Techmo and may change their APIs, permissions, pricing, policies, availability, or review requirements at any time.

Techmo is not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, account checkpoints, rate limits, policy enforcement, data delays, API changes, or service failures caused by third-party platforms.

Customers are responsible for complying with the terms, privacy policies, community standards, commerce policies, messaging policies, and permission rules of connected platforms.

10. Updates and feature changes

Techmo is an evolving software product. We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features to improve performance, security, reliability, usability, or compliance.

Feature changes may occur without creating a right to refund, provided the core nature of the subscribed service remains available.

We may also perform maintenance, upgrades, migrations, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect service availability.

11. Availability, support, and service limits

We work to provide a reliable service, but Techmo may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party platform issues, network failures, security incidents, or events beyond our control.

Support channels, response times, onboarding assistance, and service levels may vary by plan, order form, or separate written agreement.

Usage limits, storage limits, user limits, channel limits, automation limits, and other product limits may apply based on the selected plan.

12. Intellectual property

Techmo retains all rights, title, and interest in the website, software, source code, product design, user interface, documentation, trademarks, logos, and related materials.

Customers receive a right to use Techmo, not ownership of the software or underlying intellectual property.

Customers may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, create derivative works from, or remove proprietary notices from Techmo materials unless permitted by law or a written agreement.

Customer Data remains owned by the Customer or the relevant rights holder.

13. Data retention and deletion

Customer Data may be stored while the account, workspace, or subscription remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to support renewal, backup, legal, accounting, security, and dispute resolution needs.

Customers are responsible for exporting or backing up data they need before deleting a workspace, disconnecting channels, terminating a subscription, or allowing a subscription to expire.

Techmo may delete or anonymize Customer Data after account termination, subscription expiration, prolonged inactivity, or as required by law or internal retention policies.

Deleted data may not be recoverable once deletion is completed or once backups are overwritten.

14. Suspension and termination

Customers may stop using Techmo at any time. Termination does not relieve the Customer of payment obligations incurred before termination.

Techmo may suspend or terminate access if the Customer violates these terms, fails to pay fees, creates security or legal risk, misuses the service, infringes rights, or violates third-party platform policies.

Where reasonable, Techmo may request additional information, verification, or corrective action before restoring access.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

Techmo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every third-party platform, or suitable for every specific business purpose.

Information on the website is provided for general product and business information and may change over time.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techmo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techmo's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the affected subscription during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply where prohibited by law.

17. Force majeure

Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, cloud provider outages, third-party platform disruptions, government actions, or legal restrictions.

18. Governing law and disputes

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it may be submitted to a competent court in Vietnam.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and may be communicated through the website, product, email, or other reasonable channels.

Continued use of Techmo after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
